BETH SKIPPER, Applicant, has filed in the County Court of Upshur County, an Application to Determine Heirship and for Letters of Administration, on the ESTATE OF ROYCE GLEN SKIPPER, deceased, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of ROYCE GLEN SKIPPER, deceased, and their respective shares and interests in such estate.

The court may act on this application at any call of the docket on or after 10:00 a.m., on the first Monday next after the expiration of 10 days from the date of publication of this citation, at the Upshur County Courthouse, 150 E. Jefferson Street, Gilmer, Texas 75644.
