Notice is hereby given that Briar Patch Storage, located at 10060 SH 154 E., Diana, TX will sell/dispose of the personal property stored in its facility by Tommie Roton, Unit# B8, to satisfy a landlords lien pursuant to Chapter 59 of the Texas Property Code. This is an abandoned unit with some boxes and household items. Sale/disposal of contents will be 11/18/2026.
