NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids addressed to Mary Bullock, City Manager, City of Gilmer, P.O. Box 760, Gilmer, TX 75644, will be received until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 3, 2026, for furnishing all labor, equipment, and supervision necessary for constructing Flow Monitoring Station and Dam Safety Improvements in accordance with the specifications on file at Hayes Engineering, Inc., 2126 Alpine St., Longview, Texas, 75601, (903) 758-2010. At the time stated, bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at Gilmer City Hall.

Plans and specifications may be examined without charge or obtained electronically at the office of Hayes Engineering, Inc.
