Winnsboro LIve! concert series being launched on Feb. 20

Though it is a small town in East Texas, Winnsboro hold a Main Street USA Accreditation and are also the second-smallest State Designated Cultural District, with a vibrant music and theater scene.

The City of Winnsboro is launching a concert series called Winnsboro Live!  The first concert in the series, titled Country Nights, will take place on February 20, with doors opening at its Civic Center at 7:15 p.m.
