BBB East Texas Hosts Lunch.Learn.Lead Workshop on ‘Finding Customers in an AI-Driven World’
TYLER, TX – March 03, 2026 – The Better Business Bureau (BBB) East Texas will host its next Lunch.Learn.Lead business workshop, “Finding Customers in an AI-Driven World”, on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. at the BBB offices located at 6115 New Copeland Rd., Tyler, TX. This interactive workshop will feature Eric Carroll, Co-Founder of Quick Strike Media, as the session’s presenter.
As artificial intelligence (AI) continues to transform how consumers search for products and services, businesses must adapt their strategies to remain visible and competitive. This timely seminar is designed to help business owners, entrepreneurs, and marketing professionals better understand how AI is reshaping online search and customer discovery, and what practical steps they can take to stay ahead.
Eric Carroll brings extensive experience in digital marketing strategy and brand positioning. As Co-Founder of Quick Strike Media, he works with businesses to strengthen their online presence, improve search visibility, and connect more effectively with customers in an increasingly AI-driven marketplace.

The monthly Lunch.Learn.Lead series is a monthly initiative by BBB Serving Central East Texas designed to equip local businesses with tools, insights, and leadership strategies that strengthen marketplace trust and business performance.
