UT Health East Texas Physicians Welcomes Russell Stanley, DO, to Tyler
Tyler, Texas (September 26, 2024) ─ UT Health East Texas is now offering urogynecology services in Tyler with the addition of board-certified obstetrics and gynecology physician Russell Stanley, DO.
Urogynecology focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic floor disorders, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and other complex conditions affecting the pelvic region. Dr. Stanley brings specialized expertise and compassionate care to women experiencing these challenges.
“My care philosophy revolves around five pillars: compassion, patient-centered care, building relationships, shared decision-making and education,” Dr. Stanley said. “These principles guide me in developing personalized care plans, fostering trust with patients and ensuring informed decisions while providing educational support.”
Dr. Stanley’s expertise includes pelvic organ prolapse, urinary and fecal incontinence, overactive bladder, genitourinary fistulas, robotic and vaginal surgeries, obstetrical pelvic floor trauma and general and high-risk obstetrics.
“My specialization in urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery allows me to enhance women’s quality of life,” he said. “I provide comprehensive care using both endoscopic and vaginal techniques and collaborate with other specialists to ensure holistic treatment and improved patient outcomes.”
