Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates that vehicle 1 was stopped on County Road 212 at the intersection of State Highway 64. Vehicle 2 was traveling west on State Highway 64. Vehicle 1 attempted to turn west onto State Highway 64 and failed to yield the right of way to vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 collided with vehicle 1 on State Highway 64.
