Description:
Preliminary investigation indicates that vehicle 1 was traveling west on Goforth Road. Vehicle 2 was traveling south on FM 3053. Vehicle 1 failed to yield the right of way to vehicle 2 causing vehicle 2 to collide into the passenger side of vehicle 1.
