Description:
Preliminary investigation indicates that vehicle 1 was traveling east on US 80 in the right lane of travel. Vehicle 2 was traveling westbound on US 80 and attempting to make a left turn into a private drive. Vehicle 1 failed to control its speed colliding with the trailer of Vehicle 2. The driver of vehicle 1 was later determined to watching a movie on her cell phone at the time of the crash.
