Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates that Vehicle 1 was traveling north on CR 210 and stopped at the intersection with SH 64.  Vehicle 2 was traveling east on SH 64. Vehicle 1 failed to yield the right of way and collided with Vehicle 2.
