Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates Unit 1 and towed trailer were stopped at a yield sign on SH 31 facing northeast attempting to turn onto the entrance ramp for IH 20.  Unit 2 was traveling southwest on SH 31 with the right of way.  Driver of Unit 1 failed to yield right-of-way and turned in front of Unit 2 causing a collision.  Unit 2 went partially under the towed trailer.
