Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates Unit 1 was traveling north on US-259 while Unit 2 was traveling south on same roadway. Driver of Unit 1 failed to drive in a single lane and, for an unknown reason, crossed the center line and entered the southbound lane of US-259. Driver of Unit 2 veered right attempting to avoid Unit 1 but was ultimately unsuccessful. Unit 1 collided with Unit 2 in the southbound lane.
