Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates Unit 1 was traveling westbound on the improved shoulder of SH-315 at a slow rate of speed.  Unit 2 was traveling westbound on SH-315 approaching Unit 1.  Unit 1 turned left into the lane of travel where it was struck by Unit 2.
