Disaster Relief Volunteers Serve Tornado Survivors in Gilmer

Gilmer, TX — March 26, 2022 — Volunteers with the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention Disaster Relief<http://sbtexas.com/evangelism/disaster-relief/> (SBTC Disaster Relief) continue to respond in the aftermath of the tornado in Gilmer.

Volunteers are managing a shower unit at Yamboree Event Center (181 Bob Glaze Drive; Gilmer, TX 75644) to provide showers for the community and first responders.

In addition, volunteers are providing meals and doing chainsaw work.
