Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates Unit 2 with towed trailer was traveling westbound on IH 20 in the outside lane  Unit 1 was approaching from the rear at a high rate of speed as it moved from lane to lane weaving through traffic.  Unit 1 was in the inside lane and made an aggressive lane change striking the back of Unit 2’s towed trailer.
