Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates Unit 1 was traveling west on SH 64 at an unsafe speed for the road and weather conditions. Unit 1 driver lost control and began to spin clockwise. Unit 1 slid off the North side of SH 64 and through the ditch before striking a tree.
