Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates Unit 1 was traveling south in the inside lane of SL 281. The driver of Unit 1 failed to drive in a single lane as it veered to the left, entered a side skid, traveled into the center median, and rolled. The driver of Unit 1 was ejected during the rollover and sustained fatal injuries.
