Cooper Little Executive Director of Independent Cattlemen’s Association of Texas
Effective November 2021 Mr. Cooper Little assumed the role as Executive Director of Independent Cattlemen’s Association of Texas succeeding Mr. William “Bill” Hyman.
Mr. Little is a 7th generation Texan and a graduate of Texas A&M University with double major in Animal Science & Agricultural Economics. His professional experience has involved agriculture organizational management and agriculture policy efforts, previously representing the interests of United States Cattlemen’s Association, American Dairy Coalition, and others at all levels of government.
Mr. Little’s focus will be oriented toward invigorating ICA membership and insuring cattlemen and cattlewomen continue to have a voice in state leadership and industry matters.
The ICA family expresses our great appreciation to Mr. Hyman for his approaching 17 years of selfless service to the organization and his continued counsel in directing the association moving forward.
Though we turn another page in the history of ICA, protecting and advancing the interests of cattlemen and cattlewomen of this great state remains the organizations paramount endeavor.
