Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates Unit 1 and towed trailer were traveling northwest on SH 64 in the west bound lane. Unit 2 was traveling southeast on SH 64 in the east bound lane. The driver of Unit 2 failed to drive in a single lane and drifted into the west bound lane. Unit 1 and Unit 2 collided head-on in the west bound lane.
