Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates Unit 1 was traveling on the wrong side of the roadway southbound in the northbound lane of US-59.  Unit 2 and towed trailer were traveling north in the outside lane of US-59.  The driver of Unit 2 attempted to take evasive action and swerved to the left.  The front of Unit 2 struck the front left quarter of Unit 1.  The driver of Unit 1 was pronounced deceased on scene.
