WHAT: Chuy’s has a new lineup of limited-time specials, including their famous Elvis Green Chile Fried Chicken, Fiery Steak Enchiladas, and Guacin’ Bacon Bites.
Chuy’s famous Elvis Green Chile Fried Chicken is back in the building! A chicken breast breaded with Lay’s potato chips and fried to golden brown served over Green Chile Sauce and topped with cheese. This customer favorite will be paired with Chuy’s green chile rice, which has not been available since 2020.
Or try their new Fiery Steak Enchiladas made with corn tortillas filled with grilled steak and sautéed mushrooms, topped with their new Roasted Garlic Jalapeño Sauce and served with green chile rice.
Get ready to have your world rocked by Chuy’s new Gaucin’ Bacon Bites, a twist on a classic to start your meal. A crispy fried ball of guacamole and savory bacon dipped in Creamy Jalapeño.
The Elvis Green Chile Fried Chicken, Fiery Steak Enchiladas and Guacin’ Bacon Bites will be available to order in store and online at order.chuys.com beginning October 28, 2024, through December 8, 2024.
Chuy’s is also shaking things up with new drink specials! Try their twist on the classic Espresso Martini, made with Espolòn Reposado tequila and garnished with a churro bite. Or get your hands on their Frozen White Peach Sangria, made with peach purée, Pinot Grigio and Exotico Silver tequila. These drinks are only available through December 22.
