NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Notice is hereby given that original Letters of Independent Administration for the Estate of BRUCE E. SCROGGINS, Deceased, were issued on July 20, 2026, in Cause No. 26-230-CCPR-00080, pending in the County Court of Upshur County, Texas, to REBECCA ARMSTRONG, as Independent Administratrix.

All persons having claims against this Estate which is currently being administered are hereby required to present those claims to the Independent Administratrix within the time and in the manner prescribed by law.
