CHRISTUS Health performs first da Vinci robotic surgery in Sulphur Springs

Dr. Randy Vince
(SULPHUR SPRINGS, Texas) — CHRISTUS Health Sulphur Springs has reached a milestone in advancing surgical care with the completion of its first da Vinci robotic-assisted surgical procedure, performed by urologic oncologist Dr. Randy Vince on Oct. 20.
“This is an exciting step forward in advancing surgical care and enhancing the quality of care we provide to our patients here in Sulphur Springs,” Vince said. “Having the da Vinci system allows us to bring advanced surgical techniques to our patients closer to home. This technology gives us additional capabilities to care for patients who may otherwise need to travel outside their community for certain procedures.”
