NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that original Letters Testamentary for the Estate of BRENDA NEWLAND, Deceased, were issued on October 5, 2026, in Cause No. 26-230-CCPR-00109, pending in the County Court of Upshur County, Texas, to SCOTT LESLEY NEWLAND and NATALIE NEWLAND. Applicants’ mailing address is:
