PUBLIC NOTICE

There will be a second public hearing before the City of Gilmer City Council Tuesday, October 13th, 2026, at 5:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 110 Buffalo St., Gilmer to consider the following: A zoning change request by property owner Teryl Lynn to change from R1-R (Single Family Residential) to RM1-RM2 (Residential Mobile Home) at Lot 4, BLK 3 Lone Star Addn S239 (A483) .3903 Acres & SW M/Home HUD#TXS0602307 (aka 130 Martin St) & by property owner Mark and Penny Collier to change from R1-R (Single Family Residential) to RM1-RM2 (Residential Mobile Home) at Lot 152A, 153, Crawford Addn S141 (A200 A483) .4591 acres (aka 301 Crawford St). Updates to the City of Gilmer’s zoning map will also be considered.
