Texas Farm Credit Announces 2026 Election Results

ROBSTOWN, Texas — Texas Farm Credit is pleased to announce the results of its 2026 Director and Nominating Committee election. Stockholders cast ballots to elect directors for three Board of Directors positions and select representatives for the 2027 Nominating Committee.
Ballots were tabulated by Survey & Ballot Systems. Texas Farm Credit extends its appreciation to all stockholders who participated in this important cooperative governance process.
Following the vote, stockholders elected the following directors to the Texas Farm Credit Board of Directors:

- Region 1, Position 2 – John Prukop of Nueces County (Incumbent)
- Region 2, Position 1 – Bobby Hobson of Nacogdoches County (Incumbent)
- Region 3, Position 2 – Roxann Garvin of Hopkins and Wood Counties (Incumbent)

2027 Nominating Committee
Texas Farm Credit also congratulates the stockholders elected to serve on the 2027 Texas Farm Credit Nominating Committee. The committee plays an important role in identifying qualified candidates for future director and nominating committee elections and helping ensure a fair and transparent election process.
