Preseason State Volleyball Poll
Notes:
- The defending champion is always the top ranked team to start the year, regardless of graduation losses, they are champions until they lose in the new season. AND if a champion is re-classified, they retain the top ranking in the new classification as well, until they lose.
Note: Two champions, Cedar Park and Eagle Mountain, went up in classification but retain a number one ranking based on existing championship.
- Class 1A does have a preseason poll but not a regular season poll as the teams are interlocked with Class 2A and that poll includes all 1A and 2A. The Class 1A poll returns with the division polls at playoffs.
- There is no division within classifications as actual division relegation is based on individual district qualifiers.
