THE ORIGINAL PETITION OF PLAINTIFF WAS FILED AGAINST DEFENDANT FRANCO CARMEN ABUNDIS ON APRIL 27TH, 2026 IN THE 402ND JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT OF WOOD COUNTY, TEXAS, AND IS NUMBERED 2026-212 AND ENTITLED JENNIFER KENNIMER V. FRANCO CARMEN ABUNDIS. THIS NATURE OF THIS SUIT ARISES OUT OF A VEHICLE ACCIDENT. THERE WERE SEVERAL DILIGENT ATTEMPTS TO LOCATE DEFENDANT FRANCO CARMEN ABUNDIS. THE COURT ISSUED A CITATION FOR PUBLICATION ON 06/24/26, AS EVIDENCED IN THE ATTACHED. THE COURT HAS AUTHORITY IN THIS SUIT TO ENTER ANY JUDGMENT IN THE PLAINTIFF’S INTEREST WHICH WILL BE BINDING UPON YOU.

As is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Petition on file in this suit. The officer executing this process shall promptly execute the same according to law, and make due return as the law directs.
