Tarrant County Pursuit Ends in Arrest
Tarrant County – On June 30, 2026, at approximately 1:45 PM, Texas State Troopers attempted a traffic stop on a white Hyundai Elantra for a traffic violation in the area of New York Avenue and E. Berry Street in Fort Worth. The vehicle fled and crashed into a small creek bed. The suspect fled on foot, leaving a child in the vehicle.
Troopers, assisted by the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office and the Fort Worth Police Department, located the suspect nearby and took him into custody without incident. The suspect was identified as 30-year-old Trevion Mark of Fort Worth. Mark was charged with Reckless Endangerment and Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle and booked into the Tarrant County Jail. The child was transported to a nearby hospital for non-incapacitating injuries and will be released to a legal guardian. This is an ongoing investigation, and no further information will be available.
