You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the PLAINTIFF’S ORIGINAL PETITION at or before 10:00 o’clock A.M. on the Monday next after the expiration of 42 days after the date of issuance of this citation, the same being JULY 13, 2026 before the Honorable Judge Dean Fowler, 115th District Court of Upshur County, at the Courthouse in said County in Gilmer, Texas. Said PLAINTIFF’S ORIGINAL PETITION was filed in said court on the 16TH day of April, 2026 in the above-entitled cause.

The names of the parties in said suite are: JORGE LAU NAJ, PLAINTIFF V. MGO TRUCKING SERVICES, LLC, ERICK MONTELONGO AND CARLOS BUITRAGO ORTIZ, defendants.
A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: PLAINTIFF’S ORIGINAL PETITION, INJURY/DAMAGE-MOTOR VEHICLE.
The nature of said suit being substantially as follows, to-wit: Suit for damages arising from a motor vehicle accident occuring on June 18, 2024, in Upshur County, Texas. Plaintiff was traveling in a 2011 Nissan Sentra, northbound on State Highway 300, in the outside lane of travel, approaching the intersection with Milburn Street, in Gilmer, Texas. Defendant, CARLOS BUITRAGO ORTIZ, was operating a 2009 Kenworth tractor owned/or leased by Defendants, MGO TRUCKING SERVICES, LLC and/or ERICK MONTELONGO, and towing a 1989 Fontaine Trailer Co. trailer owned and/or leased by Defendants, MGO TRUCKING SERVICES, LLC and/or ERICK MONTELONGO, while in the course and scope of his employment with Defendants, MGO TRUCKING SERVICES, LLC and/or ERICK MONTELONGO, northbound on State Highway 300, in the inside lane of traffic, coming up alongside Plaintiff, in Gilmer, Texas. Suddenly and without warning, Defendant, CARLOS BUITRAGO ORTIZ, failed to control the speed of his vehicle, failed to maintain his vehicle in a single lane and began entering Plaintiff’s Lane of travel, striking Plaintiff’s vehicle, and subjecting Plaintiff to tremendous force.
