Notice is hereby given that original Letters of Testamentary for the Estate of BETTY ANN BIBB PARISH, Deceased, were issued on May 18, 2026, under Cause No, 26-230-CCPR-00056, pending in the County Court of Upshur County, Texas, to TODD LARKIN PARISH, Independent Executor.
