CHRISTUS Health begins operations at Titus Regional Medical Center
(MOUNT PLEASANT, Texas) – CHRISTUS Health is pleased to announce that it has begun operations at Titus Regional Medical Center,
marking a new chapter for families, patients, providers and the broader Mount Pleasant community. Effective May 1, the hospital will operate as CHRISTUS Health – Mount Pleasant Hospital.“For generations, the Northeast Texas community has trusted this hospital for compassionate, high‑quality care. That trust doesn’t change today. It’s our foundation, and we are
confident CHRISTUS will thoughtfully carry that legacy forward,” said Don Lowry, chairman, Titus County Hospital District Board of Managers.
CHRISTUS Health is committed to investing in technologies, resources and clinical programs that enhance patient access and outcomes, while maintaining the strong community‑focused care residents trust. This commitment is reflected in Titus Regional Medical Center joining CHRISTUS Health, following the recent opening of the CHRISTUS Health Mount Pleasant Emergency Care Center, which also includes a multi‑specialty clinic offering cardiology, electrophysiology, gastroenterology, physical therapy, primary care, pulmonology and urology services.
