BBB East Texas Hosts Workshop Featuring Best-Selling Author Dr. Dee Poskas

TYLER, TX  –  March 26, 2026  – Better Business Bureau East Texas (BBB) will host its next Lunch.Learn.Lead. business workshop, “From Setback to Strategy: Turning Disappointment into Business Breakthroughs,” on April 8, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. at the BBB offices located at 6115 New Copeland Rd., Tyler, TX. This month’s presenter is Dr. Dee Poskas, best-selling author, leadership expert, and Co-Founder of Blue Egg Leadership.

 

In today’s fast-paced and often unpredictable business environment, setbacks are inevitable. However, how leaders and organizations respond to challenges can determine long-term success. This workshop is designed to help business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals reframe obstacles, strengthen resilience, and develop practical strategies to turn setbacks into opportunities for growth and innovation.

 

Dr. Dee Poskas brings a dynamic and inspiring approach to leadership development through her work with Blue Egg Leadership. With a background in coaching, organizational development, and personal transformation, she equips individuals and teams with tools to navigate adversity, build confidence, and lead with clarity. Her engaging style and actionable insights have helped leaders across industries shift their mindset and move forward with purpose.

Tickets are priced at $5 for BBB Accredited Businesses and $40 for non-accredited businesses and includes lunch. Seating is limited, and early registration is encouraged.

The monthly Lunch.Learn.Lead series is a monthly initiative by BBB East Texas designed to equip local businesses with tools, insights, and leadership strategies that strengthen marketplace trust and business performance. Each session focuses on timely topics which empower professionals to grow, adapt, and succeed in an evolving business landscape.

 

BBB will also host a special three-part Lunch.Learn.Lead Summer Series focused on artificial intelligence and its impact on business. Led by David Domm, founder of Omni AI Systems & Consulting, the series will provide practical, easy-to-understand insights into how AI is transforming the workplace. Through real-world examples and actionable strategies, attendees will learn how to use AI tools to improve efficiency, enhance customer communication, and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving business landscape. Sessions will be held in May, June, and July.
