RON G RODENBERG, Applicant, filed in the County Court of Upshur County, an Application for Issuance of Letters of Independent Administration and for Declaration of Heirship, on the ESTATE OF RONNY GENE RODENBERG, deceased, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of RONNY GENE RODENBERG, deceased, and their respective shares and interests in such estate.
