How To Access Up‑to‑the‑Minute Outage Statistics
For the most current outage numbers, updated every 15 minutes, you can pull data directly from the map:
- Visit the SWEPCO Outage Map –SWEPCO Outage Map
- Select the Menu button
- Choose Summary
- From the dropdown, select “VIEW OMS Area”
This will display:
- Region/area name
- Total customer count
- Number of customers affected
This report refreshes every 15 minutes, giving you near real‑time visibility into changing conditions as crews make repairs.
