UT Health East Texas Physicians Welcomes Hope Hardy, DO, to Quitman

Dr. Hope Hardy

Quitman, Texas (January 14, 2026) — UT Health East Texas Physicians is expanding family medicine services in Quitman with the addition of Hope Hardy, DO.

“I went into healthcare because I wanted to help people,” Dr. Hardy said. “Experiencing different healthcare settings in my own life showed me how important it is to have a provider patients and their families can trust. Medicine allows me to combine my curiosity and love for learning with my commitment to serving others and making a real difference in their lives.”

Dr. Hardy said she chose family medicine because it allows her to care for patients at every stage of life, from newborns to end of life care, and be a consistent presence in their lives.

“My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based, whole person care,” Dr. Hardy said. “I value building strong, trusting relationships with patients and working together to create realistic plans that fit their needs and goals. I care for patients of all ages and believe understanding the whole person, not just their symptoms, is key to lifelong wellness.”

Dr. Hardy is welcoming patients at 117 N. Winnsboro St., in Quitman. For more information or to schedule an appointment, call 903-763-6220.
