LAUREN MAE REED, Applicant, filed in the County Court of Upshur County, an Application for Determination of Heirship; Application for Appointment of Independent Administrator and for Issuance of Letters of Independent Administration, on the ESTATE OF WILLIAM CHARLES TUCKER, deceased, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of WILLIAM CHARLES TUCKER, deceased, and their respective shares and interests in such estate.

The court may act on this application at any call of the docket on or after 10:00 a.m., on the first Monday next after the expiration of 10 days from the date of publication of this citation, at the Upshur County Courthouse, 150 E. Jefferson Street, Gilmer, Texas 75644.
