Administration of the Estate of RAMONA BETTERTON, Deceased, has been commenced by the issuance of original letters testamentary to SARAH BETTERTON PIRTLE on November 3, 2025, by the County Court of Upshur County, Texas, acting in Cause No. 25-230-CCPR-00108, styled IN RE: THE ESTATE OF RAMONA BETTERTON, DECEASED, in which court the matter is pending.
