Former Wyoming resident’s 7th book takes readers into the past
SUN CITY, Ariz. – Would the world be better off if Adolf Hitler had won World War II? A group of time travelers try to keep the world from finding out in a new book by Rusty Bradshaw.
“To Save A Dictator” is the seventh fiction story written by Bradshaw, a graduate of Dubois High School who also attended Northwest Community College and the University of Wyoming. It is now available for purchase on multiple platforms.
“To Save A Dictator,” produced by Amazon Book Publications, is available in paperback and ebook versions on Barnes & Noble and Amazon websites. The book is also available on Bradshaw’s own website at www.rustythewriter.org and nearly 40 other outlets.
“To Save A Dictator” is based on the concept and characters of the twice canceled television series TIMELESS.
“I am a huge fan of the TIMELESS series and was disappointed the adventures of the Lifeboat team did not continue,” Bradshaw said. “So I
continued those adventures in this book.”
“If you had the chance to kill Adolf Hitler long before he became the dictator of Germany, what would you do? A group of time travelers, who already spent two years saving history from catastrophic changes in the American timeline, must face that decision for themselves.”
“While it sounds like allowing him to be killed by another group of time travelers would save millions of lives, the Lifeboat team discovers that doing so turns future history on its ear and many more die, and world dynamics is changed, as a result. So the team gets back together to do what must be done to keep history moving forward on its original course.”
“But it is not an easy task. Besides the guessing game of trying to decide where the history changers will make each attempt, keeping a tyrannical dictator alive who is responsible for so many senseless deaths takes an emotional toll on the team and threatens to tear it — and history as we know it — apart.”
Bradshaw’s other books are “The Rehabilitation of Miss Little,” “Moist on the Mountain,” “Gorge Justice,” “Battle for Stephanie.” “Death in Hazard” and “Murderous Reunion.” Visit www.rustythewriter.org.
