Fatal Crash on President George Bush Turnpike  

DALLAS – On November 6, 2025, at 12:11 p.m., Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Troopers responded to a single-vehicle crash on the westbound lanes of President George Bush Turnpike near Plaza 8 (2779 Old Mill Rd, Dallas, TX).

 

A preliminary investigation revealed that an Isuzu Sweeper Truck experienced a tire blowout, resulting in the vehicle crashing into a concrete barrier and overturning.

 

The driver, 46-year-old Tharnell Duncan of Dallas, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
