Notice is hereby given that original Letters of Independent Administration for the Estate of Ronald Bruce Watts, Deceased, were issued on July 21, 2025, in Cause No. 25-230-CCPR-00013, pending in the County Court of Upshur County, Texas, to: Rachel Watts.
