JIM “PAPPY” MOORE: Supreme Court Spanks Obstructionist Federal Judges

The past five months activist, leftist federal judges have been orchestrating a judicial rebellion set on demolishing the Executive Branch and Trump’s various plans for dealing with the army of invaders Biden invited into our country in the form of illegal immigrants. Biden betrayed his duties under the Constitution as he bought off the criminals crossing the southern border. The activist judges issued 40 Injunctions against Trump the past twenty weeks, trying to shut down his imperatives, which are heavily favored by our population. That is a rate of one such injunction by an activist judge twice a week, ordering the Executive Branch to shut down their operations!

For a comparison, look at the number of such injunctions issued against George W. Bush in his 8 years, against Obama in his 8 years, and against Biden in his 4 years. Trump has suffered over 100 such injunctions in 4.5 years as president. Obama, Bush, and Biden have had only 32 such injunctions, spread out over 20 years!! That’s 1.6 Injunctions against 20 years of Biden, Bush II and Obama on average per year! While Trump catches 40 in 5 months this year!

There’s a coarse Texas saying that applies here: “Don’t piss down my back and tell me it’s raining!!”

This heinous treatment by runaway judges aimed at crippling Trump and foiling the imperatives Americans want has been the most outrageous thing we have seen a small group of federal judges orchestrate in History. Their conduct is repugnant to our Constitution and a violation of their duties. When a handful of leftist activist judges can overwhelm the Executive with this kind of undemocratic actions, when only about 3% of all federal judges have been engaged in this sabotage by Judicial Despots, something had to be done.

You may recall my attacking this abominable scheme by Democrat saboteurs. I called on the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to slap these runaway judges silly, and to set the judicial branch right. He has done so in new rulings this past week. They are long overdue.

Imagine that one District Judge, a trial court judge on the local level, would have the temerity to Order the President, the Justice Department, the Defense Department, and the Department of Homeland Security to shut down their actions. Here’s an egomaniac appointed for life to a cushy job where his staff treats him or her like a god, and the lawyers who appear in front of this tyrant bow down in his or her court like they’re appearing before Pontius Pilate while defending Jesus.

Imagine a country of 340 million Americans having around 700 District Court Trial Judges, of whom a mere 3-4% go hog wild on the Executive Branch of the government. Keep in mind some of these judges have family members tied to organizations which pay said family members to try to keep illegal immigrants IN our country. I am not going to mention their names, but they need to be removed from their lofty benches.

The Republican appointees to the United States Supreme Court saved the country with their rulings this past week. In some matters, they defanged the rabid dogs of the Democrat bench. In others, they pulled all but one tooth of these self-anointed disasters. That squealing you hear is spanked pups who got put outside for messing the house.

The Democrat media is aghast that Constitutional rulings put a stop to the rampaging radicals in black robes. They will likely continue to hold “rallies” where their thugs loot, burn, steal, and maim. They are being repudiated.

Trump will send illegal immigrants to their home country, or to third countries. Trump will prevail in other areas. The Judicial Branch has been saved from the leftists rebelling within it. America is better for it!
