Description: Preliminary investigation indicates that vehicle 1 was traveling southbound on FM 730 passing in a no-passing zone, while in a curve. Vehicle 2 was traveling northbound. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 in a head-on manner. The driver of vehicle 1 was arrested for Intoxication Manslaughter and 2 counts of Intoxication Assault and booked into the Parker County Jail. This is an ongoing investigation and there are no further details.
