As a staple resource for high school coaches, Texas Coach magazine continues to serve as an essential publication for professional development, offering fresh insights, innovative training techniques, and relevant updates on trends affecting high school sports in Texas.
Starting with the September 2024 issue, Texas Coach magazine is introducing new delivery and publication protocols. The THSCA Board of Directors voted to maintain the publication of 9 issues during the school year (September 2024–May 2025); however, due to a significant rise in production costs, only 5 issues will be printed and mailed to member coaches. The remaining 4 issues will be distributed exclusively in digital format via email to member coaches.
Members who have opted for email delivery will continue to receive all 9 issues digitally. Those who prefer mail delivery will receive the September, November, January, March, and May issues in print, while the October, December, February, and April issues will be delivered exclusively via email.
Additionally, current and past issues of Texas Coach magazine will now be accessible to the public and non-members through the THSCA website at www.thsca.com/texas-coach-magazine . Entities wishing to reprint articles from the magazine must credit Texas Coach magazine and the respective publisher. Information about advertising opportunities in Texas Coach can be found online at www.thsca.com/texas-coach-magazine.
