TICKETS ON SALE FOR GREEN STREET MONSTER FEST SET FOR SEPT. 21 IN DOWNTOWN LONGVIEW

Get ready to immerse yourself in an unforgettable celebration of music, food, art and culture as downtown Longview will be transformed into a one-of-a-kind spectacle of light and sound.

The inaugural Green Street Monster Fest – beginning at noon on Sept. 21 at the intersection of Green and Tyler streets in downtown Longview – will feature 14 bands on two stages with The Polyphonic Spree taking the stage to cap off the music festival as the headliner on the Peters Main Stage.

The Polyphonic Spree is internationally known for its blend of psychedelic pop/symphonic rock music with a full vocal choir and instrumental ensemble.

In addition to the musical acts, the festival will feature food vendors, unique merchandise vendors and games.

Tickets to the festival are $45 and are sold online by visiting www.greenstreetmonsterfest.com.

There are also a limited number of VIP tickets available for $150 that will allow access near the main stage to view the show, VIP parking, an air conditioned area/indoor restrooms, lithograph festival poster and food/drink amenities.

The festival is accepting applications until Aug. 21 for additional food and merchandise vendors.
