Summary 

• The TimberHogs faced the Sherman Shadowcats in the first game of their series tonight. ● Wilton Castillo Franco got the start for the ‘Hogs and held the Shadowcats scoreless through four innings.
• The TimberHogs got on the board early with a two-run homerun from Juan Murillo. Tyler Martin then singled to left field, driving in Corbin Montayne and Gage Goddard.
• Murillo hit his second homer of the game in the second inning, giving the ‘Hogs a 5-0 lead. ● The TimberHogs extended their lead in the third inning when Lukas Hinze singled to right field, scoring Karsten Fidler.
• AJ Smith scored on a wild pitch in the fourth, giving the ‘Hogs a 7-0 lead.
