Summary 

• The TimberHogs returned to Roughneck Stadium tonight to face the Abilene Flying Bison. ● The Flying Bison started the game with a two-run homerun in the top of the first inning. The ‘Hogs responded with a solo home run to left from Smith. 
• The Flying Bison plated three runs in the second inning. Martin singled to left for the ‘Hogs, driving in Smith and Melchione. 
• Abilene extended their lead to 6-3 in the top of the fourth. An RBI single from Hinze drove in one for the TimberHogs. Montayne then doubled to right field, scoring three runs and giving the ‘Hogs the lead. 
• The Flying Bison scored one off an error in the sixth. Two innings later, they took the lead after scoring two in the eighth. 
• Murillo hit a two-run homerun over the centerfield wall to tie up the game in the eighth. ● The Flying Bison stole the lead in the ninth off an RBI single to right field. 
• Bland singled for the ‘Hogs, scoring Chatman and tying the game. An RBI to center field by Gatson scored Bland to win the game for the TimberHogs. 
• The ‘Hogs face off against the Flying Bison again tomorrow night at 7:05 p.m.
