Driver 1:  Deceased.

Angel Sotero Mancilla, 21-YOA from Garland, TX.

Helmet: Yes.

Transported to Medical City Plano and was pronounced deceased by the hospital staff.

 

Description: A preliminary investigation indicates that vehicle 1 was traveling southbound on US-75 and exited towards President George Bush Turnpike. The driver lost control and struck the concrete barrier as the motorcycle took the eastbound flyover. This investigation is ongoing, and no additional information is available.
