Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates that vehicle 1 was traveling on State Highway 64 West in the westbound lane turn lane. Vehicle 2 was traveling eastbound on State Highway 64 West. The driver of vehicle 1 failed to yield the right of way and turned left into the path of vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 in the eastbound lane of travel.
