JOINT NOTICE OF SALE

COUNTY OF Upshur §

BY VIRTUE OF ORDERS OF SALE DATED the 5th day of January, 2024, and issued pursuant to judgment decrees of the District Court of Upshur County, Texas, by the Clerk of said Court on said date in the hereinafter numbered and styled causes, and to me directed and delivered as Sheriff of said Court, I have on the 8th day of January, 2024, seized, levied upon, and will on the 6th day of February, 2024, under the canopy covering entrance of the Upshur County Justice Center located at 405 North Titus, Gilmer, Texas 75644, Upshur County, Texas, at 10:00AM on said day, proceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder all of the right, title, and interest of the defendants in such suit in and to the following described real estate levied upon as the property of said defendants, as provided for by the Texas Property Tax Code.

All of the following properties being located in Upshur County, Texas and each property being more particularly described on an instrument recorded in the Volume and Page reference (V___/P___) or document number of the Deed or Plat Records, Upshur County, Texas.

The above-described RESALE property has previously been the subject of a tax lien foreclosure sale and at said tax sale this property was struck off. Property will be sold “as is” without warranty either expressed or implied.
